Commission Payment Options
At Galactic Cars Ltd, Drivers working with us may choose one of the following commission structures.
All bookings are accepted and confirmed by Galactic Cars Ltd in accordance with TfL regulations. Drivers are not authorised to accept bookings on behalf of the operator.
Option 1 – £5 Per Job (Driver Introduction)
This option applies if you introduce a passenger.
A fixed commission of £5 per booking must be paid before the job is dispatched.
Once payment is received, the booking will be verified and dispatched.

Option 2 – 18% Weekly Commission
This option applies to operator-allocated bookings.
Commission is 18% of your total weekly earnings.
Weekly period:
Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59
Payment is due every Wednesday for the previous week.
If money is owed to you, the commission will be deducted and the remaining balance transferred to your bank account.
Any outstanding commission must be settled by bank transfer.

School Run Work
School run allocations operate under separate agreed terms.
Commission rates and payment schedules are confirmed individually when allocated. Drivers must follow the written terms provided for each school contract.
Important Notice
The 18% weekly option does not apply to Driver Introduction jobs.
Introduction jobs are charged at £5 per job, payable in advance before dispatch.
All required driver and vehicle documents must be submitted and approved before jobs are dispatched.
