Drivers must act in a polite, calm and professional manner at all times. Confirm the passenger’s name before departure and avoid inappropriate or controversial discussions. Your behaviour reflects directly on the company.
Drivers are expected to open the boot and offer reasonable assistance with luggage. Items must be secured safely before travel. You are not required to lift excessively heavy or unsafe items that may cause injury. If necessary, explain this politely and request assistance.

Vehicles must be clean, roadworthy and free from warning lights. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning must function correctly. The boot must be clear and ready for passenger luggage. Strong odours or clutter are unacceptable.
Drivers must comply with UK traffic laws and drive smoothly at all times. Harsh braking, aggressive acceleration and distracted driving are unacceptable. Passenger safety is the highest priority.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring they carry valid travel documentation at all times. This includes a valid passport, appropriate EU vehicle insurance cover, and compliance with entry requirements for the destination country.

Private hire insurance must remain valid at all times. Drivers are advised to maintain breakdown cover, especially for long-distance journeys.
