Please Read Before Booking
● We operate on advance bookings and specialise in long-distance and UK–Europe journeys. Short local journeys are not part of our service.
● A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from us.
● For urgent requests (within 24 hours), please send your full journey details via WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability.
● For UK–Europe travel, ferry, Eurotunnel, motorway tolls, and the driver’s return crossing costs are payable in addition to the agreed fare.
● Waiting time and additional stops are chargeable.
● Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
